Receptionist/Care Coordinator – Lifemark Physiotherapy West Kelowna
Status: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Casual/Part-time Receptionist/Care Coordinator for its West Kelowna Clinic. The Receptionist/Care Coordinator is responsible for fostering a strong relationship between the clinic and its customers, including patients, staff, funders, and referral sources. This is achieved by efficiently providing administrative support and coordinating clinic activities with friendly, enthusiastic, and professional service to all patients, team members, and external customers.
The Care Coordinator handles all aspects of patient intake, data entry, answering phones, outbound calling, receiving faxes and emails, invoicing, and payments.
