Job summary

Brandt is seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to support our Regina location. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, delivering superior customer service and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and ideally 2–4 years in a call center. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2–4 years experience in a call center preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to compose simple correspondence (memos, letters, emails).

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent customer service.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Record and maintain accurate customer information.
  • Represent Brandt positively as a front-line worker.
  • Manage inbound/outbound mail and maintain confidentiality.
  • Keep a tidy, welcoming reception area and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow up as needed.
  • Demonstrate adaptability by performing additional duties as required.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Answering and routing incoming customer calls, e-mails, and in-person inquiries, while providing excellent customer service and support
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Record and maintain accurate customer information
  • Represent the organization positively and professionally as a front-line worker
  • Manage inbound/outbound mail and maintain confidentiality and security
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Manage inventory levels of office supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Take ownership of customer issues
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility by performing additional duties as required
What We Look For
  • Strong organizational skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to compose simple correspondence, including memos, letters, and emails
  • Demonstrates the ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form
  • Demonstrates superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely with the organization's executive team and colleagues
  • Having prior experience operating a multi-line switchboard is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
  • Preferably, 2-4 years experience in a call center is preferred.
