Role Overview

As a Regional Coordinator, you will contribute to the success of the Client Administrative Services Regional team by executing specific goals, plans, and initiatives that support the team’s business strategies and objectives. You will ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  2. Maintain office systems, including network administration, telephone and voicemail systems, reference and product files, branch library, and the Product & Procedures manual.
  3. Lead management of facilities operations, including delivery and change management related to facilities.
  4. Coordinate with Facilities on leasehold improvements, lease renewals, and planned relocations.
  5. Perform reception duties: answer phones, greet clients, manage mail and couriers, and book appointments.
  6. Complete regional reporting requests and conduct data analysis.
  7. Manage regional administrative tasks such as GIC Maturity Reports, Cash Reports, and SOTI.
  8. Organize regional initiatives like seminars, client forums, and professional development days, including logistics coordination.
  9. Assist with branch compliance duties, including security checklists and Business Continuity Plans.
  10. Participate in regional meetings and special projects.
  11. Coordinate with external partners for regional projects.
  12. Perform other administrative tasks as required.
  13. Understand the importance of risk appetite and culture in daily activities and decisions.
  14. Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to the Bank’s values, Code of Conduct, and Global Sales Principles, including compliance with operational, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk controls.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Community college diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least three years of experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably in financial services.
  • Knowledge of RRSPs, RRIFs, mutual funds, and client services is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and familiarity with corporate applications.
