Special Risk Insurance Managers in Langley, BC, is seeking a receptionist for an 18-month fixed-term contract. The role is in-office five days a week, supporting a small team with calls, deliveries, filing, and clerical tasks.
The ideal candidate has multi-line switchboard experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a customer‑service mindset. A high school diploma is required; prior insurance knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

This position is suitable for those without any industry knowledge, but who hold previous reception experience.
This position is based in-office 5 days per week as part of a small core group of full-time in-office staff.
Job Type: Fixed Term Contract-18 Months (37.5 hrs/week Monday-Friday)
Location: Langley (in-office) - must reside in Metro Vancouver/Fraser Valley and have access to reliable transportation

Pay Range 40000 - 45000 Annual Actual salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and work location. Package may include base pay, commissions, and/or bonuses.
