Job summary

Pier Law & Mediation in Vancouver is seeking a professional receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and polished presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining calm and organized
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
