Volkswagen MidTown Toronto, part of The Humberview Group, is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team in Toronto. You will be the first point of contact, greet customers, answer calls, and coordinate front-desk duties to ensure a smooth dealership experience.

Qualifications

• Dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Must bring a positive attitude.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be confident and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable working independently.
• Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
• Pleasant and engaging phone manner.
• Team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, direct customers to the appropriate department or team member, and take accurate messages.
• Respond to customer inquiries and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to support the dealership team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with general customer service needs and help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Volkswagen MidTown Toronto is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to add to our team in Toronto. Volkswagen MidTown Toronto is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in creating a welcoming dealership experience. You’ll support a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, answer and direct incoming calls, greet customers, and work closely with teams across the dealership to ensure everyone gets to the right person or department.

This role is for you if you’re a people person, thrive in a fast-paced social environment, and have the communication and problem-solving skills to make every customer interaction a positive one!

Compensation:$20 per hour.
