Overview

TAAG is a multidisciplinary firm offering a wide range of services for small and medium-sized businesses, individuals, governmental and non-governmental organizations. TAAG’s service lines include accounting and bookkeeping, tax planning, multi-family office services including wealth management, business and corporate law, and marketing and design.

TAAG is looking for a professional, welcoming, and highly organized Receptionist to join the team. They will play a key role in creating a positive impression for clients and visitors and will support the flow of people through the office, ensuring front desk responsibilities are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide accurate information in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, including reception, boardrooms, kitchen, and shared spaces.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Monitor and manage office supply inventory, ensuring essential items are always available.
  • Prepare and assemble client deliverables.
  • Process client payments.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support management and staff.
Candidate Profile
  • Secondary school diploma required; additional training or certification in Office Administration/Management is an asset.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to problem-solve effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
