Job summary

Amica Senior Lifestyles – City Centre is seeking a friendly Reception – Concierge to welcome residents, families and visitors. You will be the first point of contact, providing warm, professional service and coordinating basic front-desk tasks in a fast-paced senior living community.

This casual role requires morning, afternoon and evening shifts at Amica City Centre in Mississauga, with a pay rate of $19.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Front-desk or customer-service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred.
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families and visitors in a professional manner.
• Respond to front-desk inquiries and provide information as needed.
• Answer calls, emails, and messages and route them to appropriate parties.
• Perform basic accounting tasks and assist with administrative duties.
• Maintain resident file system and general administrative records.
