Job summary

Amica Senior Lifestyles is seeking a Reception – Concierge at Amica Jubilee House in Victoria, BC. This full-time role runs Sunday to Thursday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, with a starting pay of $24.08 per hour.

You will welcome residents and visitors, respond to front-desk inquiries, handle calls and emails, assist with basic accounting, and support file maintenance in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Proficiency in MS Office and prior office experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, professional front-office service.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage basic administrative tasks and maintain files.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Field front-desk inquiries and provide information as needed.
• Answer calls and emails, directing messages to the appropriate party.
• Perform basic accounting tasks and assist with administrative duties.
• Maintain the resident file system and related records.
