Job summary

Amica Glenn Abbey is a casual Reception – Concierge role on-site. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families and staff, delivering a warm, professional welcome and assisting with inquiries.

In this on-site position, you will handle front-desk inquiries, assist with basic administrative tasks and light accounting, and maintain resident records to support a smooth, caring community environment at Amica.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience working in an office or front-desk environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with residents, families and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Respond to front-desk inquiries with accurate information.
• Answer phone calls, emails and messages and route to the appropriate party.
• Perform basic accounting tasks and assist with administrative duties.
• Maintain resident file systems and ensure records are organized.
