Job summary

Amica Unionville is seeking a Reception - Concierge to warmly welcome residents, families and staff, delivering friendly customer service and efficient front-desk support.

You will work across shifts 8:00 am–4:00 pm, 4:00 pm–12:00 am, or 12:00 am–8:00 am, earning $19.25 per hour. Ability to speak Cantonese is an asset, and flexibility for days, evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Cantonese language ability is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with residents, visitors and staff in a friendly, professional manner.
• Respond to front-desk inquiries by providing information as needed.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other messages and route to appropriate parties.
• Perform basic accounting functions and assist as required.
• General administrative duties and maintaining the resident file system.
