Amica Glen Abbey in Oakville is seeking a Reception – Concierge for a full-time role. You will greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries, handle calls and emails, perform basic accounting, and manage the resident file system in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service and administrative experience, plus proficiency with MS Office, and is flexible to work days, evenings and weekends. This is a frontline position at Amica Glen Abbey.
