Job summary

Canduct Industries, a leading electrical insulation manufacturer in London, ON, is hiring a Receiving Warehouse Associate. You will handle receiving, inventory, and material handling within a dynamic warehouse environment.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will operate a forklift, perform labeling and stacking, and ensure accurate ERP transactions while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Growth opportunities and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years receiving within a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Highly organized to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised and take ownership of the job.
  • Effective communication with team members and customers.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to be part of a high-performing team.
  • Ability to problem solve and multitask to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and urgency in task switching.

Responsibilities

  • Complete receiving and inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system.
  • Count and cross-check receiving material with paperwork.
  • Label material and move to correct inventory location.
  • Operate forklift safely.
  • Pick/pack raw materials for customer orders.
  • Suggest process improvements.
  • Keep warehouse clean, organized and safe.
  • Notify buyer of low/high inventory items.

Salary Range: CA$20.00 To CA$22.75 Hourly

Canduct Industries is a leading manufacturer in electrical insulation, primarily used for cooling for oil cooled transformers. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for an Receiving Warehouse Associate in London, ON.

This individual will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and working in collaboration with Canduct personnel to support the material handling requirements of the receiving, warehouse/inventory, recycle, and production tasks with the manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete receiving and inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system.
  • Physical count and cross check of receiving material with accompanying paperwork.
  • Labelling of material and move to proper inventory location.
  • Operate forklift in a safe manner at all times.
  • Picking/packing raw materials for customer orders.
  • Investigate and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Communicate, in a timely manner, low/high inventory items to the buyer.
  • Accurate and efficient delivery of material to production cells.
  • Removal of pallets from production floor to appropriate disposal units.
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities related to product, process, and quality.
  • Additional duties as assigned within your department.

Qualified Candidates will have:

  • 2 – 3 years receiving within a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Highly organized to prioritize your workload meeting all deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised and take full ownership of the job.
  • Effective communication skills to clearly communicate with other team members and customers.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to be part of a high-performing team.
  • Ability to problem solve and multitask to meet scheduled and unexpected deadlines.
  • Elevated level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency while moving from one task to another promptly with smooth transition and efficiency.
