Qualifications

  • Intermediate MS Office skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance checks on inbound inventory.
  • Pick and prepare orders for shipping.
  • Manage stock and inventory control.
  • Perform cycle counting of inventory.
  • Maintain records and procedures.
  • Keep work environment clean and organized.
  • Support warehouse operations.
  • Perform other duties as required.

In this role, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and light instrumentation assembly—ensuring products reach customers with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality assurance checks on inbound inventory
  • Order picking and preparation
  • Handle stock, shelving, and inventory control
  • Cycle counting
  • Maintain internal records and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Support general warehouse operations
  • Perform other duties as required
Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation)
  • Perform precise work requiring manual dexterity and fine motor skills
  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, and handle tools and instrumentation
  • Visual acuity for reading measurements, gauges, calibration marks, and detailed assembly work
  • Occasionally lift, carry, and move parts or equipment weighing up to 40 lbs
  • Work in a shop environment with exposure to tools, equipment, and occasional heat during welding or brazing
  • Occasionally travel to customer locations, which may involve loading/unloading and setup of equipment
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written, required
  • Proficient in operating handheld devices for scanning, receiving, and shipping units, preferred
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in ERP platforms such as NetSuite or Oracle, preferred
  • Team player with an interest in learning
  • Organized with the ability to keep records
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Punctual and reliable
