Job summary

Salary Range: $42,000.00 To $45,000.00 Annually

Canduct Industries is a leading manufacturer in electrical insulation, primarily used for cooling for oil cooled transformers. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Data Entry Specialist in London, ON.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring appropriate turnaround time of all data entry.
• Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate Microsoft software or database.
• Proactively verifying data through source documents, purchase orders and drawings, checking output.
• Working effectively with team members to retrieve necessary data for entry.
• Resolving discrepancies in information or obtaining additional information for incomplete documents.
• Assisting in preparation of work orders with the Customer-Production Coordinator.
• Ensure output meets quality standards.

Perform any other duties, assignments, or special projects that may be assigned by the Customer Service Manager and/or Production Planning Supervisor.

The Customer Service department is looking for candidates with:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role
• Post-Secondary Education, Business Administration preferred
• Ability to gather / analyze data.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read CAD / technical drawings.
• Experience with multi level bills of material is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of employees.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes is an asset.
• Great attention to detail.
• Great attendance is a critical requirement.
