Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg is seeking a Rebuild Manager to lead our reconstruction team from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to our quality standards. You will coordinate carpenters and subcontractors, mentor staff, and collaborate with customers, trade partners, and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading employees and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong residential and commercial construction knowledge.
• Understanding of permits, inspections, and building codes.
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Experience managing multiple crews and projects is an asset.
• Restoration industry experience, IICRC certifications, or insurance industry experience are considered assets.

At ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg, we're looking for a Rebuild Manager to lead our reconstruction team and take ownership of the rebuild process from start to finish.

You'll lead a team of carpenters, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.
