Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg is seeking a Rebuild Manager to lead our reconstruction team and take ownership of the rebuild process from start to finish. You will guide carpenters, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading employees and coordinating subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
  • Ability to manage permits, inspections, and codes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the rebuild team.
  • Oversee reconstruction projects from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate employees, subcontractors, materials, permits, and inspections.
  • Conduct quality inspections and address deficiencies promptly.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Drive accountability and continuous improvement.

When customers experience fire, water, or storm damages, rebuilding their property is an important part of helping them move forward.


At ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg, we're looking for a Rebuild Manager to lead our reconstruction team and take ownership of the rebuild process from start to finish.


You'll lead a team of carpenters, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

What You’ll Do


  • Lead, coach, and develop our rebuild team

  • Lead reconstruction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and to our quality standards

  • Coordinate employees, subcontractors, materials, permits, and inspections

  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and address deficiencies promptly

  • Collaborate with customers, trade partners, suppliers, adjusters, Project Managers, and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

  • Drive accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement


What We’re Looking For


  • A leader who takes ownership, follows through, and maintains high standards for quality and professionalism

  • Experience leading employees and coordinating subcontractors

  • Strong residential and commercial construction knowledge

  • Understanding of permits, inspections, and building codes

  • Strong planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service

  • Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record

  • Experience managing multiple crews and projects is an asset

  • Restoration industry experience, IICRC certifications, or insurance industry experience are considered assets
