A leading company in the gaming industry seeks a Real Time CRM Specialist to optimize customer engagement strategies across Canada, Iberia, and Latin America. This full-time remote position involves designing automated use cases and leveraging data analysis to enhance player interactions, ensuring consistent communication while adapting to diverse markets.
We are seeking a Real Time CRM Specialist to join our CRM team overseeing Canada, Iberia, and Latin America (CILA). Reporting to the CRM Automation Manager, this Specialist will focus on all our CILA labels and will design and own the automated use cases in Grandstand (Entain's sports push notifications platform), as well as explore and leverage real-time triggers through tools like Optimove.
They will also be instrumental in crafting and evolving our understanding of player engagement with data-backed analysis, collaborating with the rest of the CILA region to drive client engagement with our sports products.
