RARE Real Estate Barrie Branch is expanding with The Frank Burgio Team. You will show up, serve clients, and close deals using established systems. Expect inbound leads, AI receptionist support, and a structured onboarding plan to hit personal targets.

We offer coaching from a top-producing leader, access to RARE's platform, and a collaborative team culture across Barrie and Simcoe County. Active RECO and TRREB membership are required, plus a valid driver’s license.

Job description

The Frank Burgio Team is growing. Frank is one of RARE Real Estate's top-producing team leads. We're looking for agents who want more deals, better systems and a team that actually has their back.

You won't be building from scratch. We already have the systems in place. Your job is to show up, serve clients and close.

Compensation

Commission-based. $100,000 to $200,000 per year.
