Job summary

Ledingham McAllister in Burnaby/Coquitlam seeks a proactive Sales Coordinator to support presentations, contracts and customer service at our Sales Centre. You’ll work with the Sales Administration and Marketing teams, reporting to the Sales Manager and VP of Sales and Marketing, and help manage the sales process from inquiries through to home closings.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, initiative and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems; real estate experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate is an asset.
• Valid BC driver’s license required.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and operations of Presentation Centre's and display suites, including light housekeeping.
• Greet, qualify and provide prospects and realtors with sales information and front-line customer service.
• Support purchasers and realtors during the sales process from contract writing to home completion.
• Prepare Contracts, Acknowledgements, Addenda and Amendments using CRM system.
• Maintain the project database with accurate, audited contracts.
• Prepare management reports daily and weekly.
• Oversee daily Sales Centre operations including supply orders and deposits.
• Correspond with Vendor's lawyer and builder as needed.
• Attend MLS and brokerage administration as required.
• Assist in coordinating sales and marketing items and other duties.
