Job summary

Foresight Recruitment Group is partnering with a financial services client to appoint a Contract Project Manager to deliver office and retail fit-out projects in a banking environment. This 6–12 month contract runs with end-to-end project management, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with client expectations.

Responsibilities include full lifecycle management, cost control, procurement, coordination with consultants and vendors, risk mitigation, and rigorous reporting.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience managing construction projects, office and retail fit-outs.
• Experience in financial services or banking environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects including planning, design coordination, procurement, and execution.
• Oversee office and retail fit out projects across multiple locations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Build strong working relationships and provide regular project updates.
• Manage expectations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance; review and approve costs, change orders, and invoices.
• Ensure cost control and value optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
