Job summary

CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a Project/Program Portfolio Manager (Real Estate Projects) to lead a complex, multi-site real estate transformation within a hybrid work model. Reporting to the VMDO, you will orchestrate governance, portfolio prioritization, and value-driven delivery across Facilities Planning, Asset Management, Engineering and Leasing.

You bring 7+ years in project/program management, 3+ in portfolio leadership, and strong financial acumen for CAPEX/OPEX.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) or more years of experience in project/program management, with at least three (3) years in portfolio management or senior leadership on complex initiatives.
• Experience delivering large Real Estate projects and managing assets, workspace modernization, and portfolio transformations.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of capital and operating expenditures within a real estate portfolio.
• Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders, bridging technical teams, operations, and executive governance.

Responsibilities

• Governance, Facilitation, and Strategic Alignment: lead SteerCo and Portfolio Sync, support Governance Committee.
• Integrated Roadmap Planning and Capacity Balancing across short-, medium-, and long-term plans.
• Delivery and Synchronization: develop KPIs and dashboards; ensure data integrity for informed decisions.
• Risk Management and Partner Tracking: drive risk strategies and monitor performance.
