Qualifications

• Oversee portfolio operations and asset planning across a portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
• Drive operational excellence by supporting cross‑functional teams and partnerships.
• Contribute to risk mitigation and capital, sustainability, and repositioning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and mentor team members to meet company expectations.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across all departments.
• Assist with setting annual goals for direct and indirect reports.
• Provide regular performance feedback and communicate in department meetings and one‑on‑one sessions.
• Review opportunities from the employee engagement survey and implement improvements.
