Allied REIT in Canada seeks a Manager, Portfolio Operations to oversee performance and strategic planning of a commercial real estate portfolio. You will drive operational excellence by supporting cross‑functional teams, strengthening partnerships, and advancing initiatives that enhance asset value and portfolio performance.

Reporting to the Vice‑President, Portfolio Operations, you will support Portfolio Operations, Technical Services, Security, tenants, and internal teams to deliver

• Oversee portfolio operations and asset planning across a portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
• Drive operational excellence by supporting cross‑functional teams and partnerships.
• Contribute to risk mitigation and capital, sustainability, and repositioning initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Coach, develop and mentor team members to meet company expectations.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across all departments.
• Assist with setting annual goals for direct and indirect reports.
• Provide regular performance feedback and communicate in department meetings and one‑on‑one sessions.
• Review opportunities from the employee engagement survey and implement improvements.
