Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties in Kimberley. You will drive asset performance, financial oversight, tenant relations, and capital planning across commercial and residential assets to maximize returns and preserve value.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in real estate portfolio or asset management, strong financial analysis, leadership, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in real estate portfolio management, asset management, or property management.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment appraisal.
• Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and drive asset value growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of the Kimberley property market dynamics and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for acquisition, management, and disposition of properties within the portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyze financial statements, occupancy rates, and market trends to identify improvements.
• Oversee property operations including leasing, tenant management, maintenance, and capex planning for Kimberley properties.
• Manage relationships with property managers, leasing agents, tenants, and stakeholders to align with portfolio objectives.
• Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to ensure standards and identify risks or opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports on portfolio performance, financial projections, and market outlooks for senior management and investors.
