Job summary

CentreCourt is seeking an Associate for its development platform in Toronto, offering exposure to large-scale mixed-use high-rise projects across the GTA. You will work with Partners across the full development lifecycle, including acquisitions, zoning, design coordination, sales and marketing, financing, construction, and closings or lease-up.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of analytical experience, strong academics, and a genuine long-term interest in real estate development.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business and/or a law degree from a top-tier institution.
• 2–4 years of work experience in analytics-intensive environments (e.g., investment banking, real estate, private equity, consulting).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analysis and development pro formas to inform decisions across acquisitions, rezoning, design, sales/leasing, pre-construction planning, tendering, and construction.
• Support cross-functional execution across Acquisitions, Development, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Construction, and Customer Care.
• Identify risks and issues, escalate appropriately, and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist with planning and execution of project launches and marketing programs, coordinating consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Development & Construction teams on design decisions, municipal processes, budgeting, scheduling, and cost oversight.
• Draft persuasive advocacy and legal documents for review by senior team members.
• Support high-level financial controls and partnership reporting requirements.
• Apply analytical skills and sound judgment to deliver well-supported recommendations to senior leadership.
