Formación

• 3 to 5 years of direct experience in commercial real estate law.
• Proven experience in acquisitions, dispositions, development transactions, and commercial financing.
• Strong technical proficiency with title, land registration, and corporate structuring.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate, and manage agreements for acquisition, sale, and financing of properties.
• Conduct and supervise due diligence including title and off-title searches.
• Prepare and review closing documentation and statements of adjustments.
