Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent at 1st Sunshine Realty, located in Hamilton and Burlington, ON, with some work from home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for listing and selling properties, conducting property tours, preparing property documents, and negotiating terms and prices of property sale transactions. They will also provide excellent customer service, identify client needs, inform clients about market conditions, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Real Estate License
• Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Sales
• Understanding of Real Property principles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Familiarity with the Hamilton and Burlington, ON real estate market is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is beneficial
• Commercial Real Estate skills are a plus
