Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related field is required.
4+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment or brokerage.
Strong understanding of real estate finance, valuations, and market analysis.
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with financial modeling and real estate software.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with self-motivation and organization.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and analytical Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to identify and secure new investment opportunities in Kimberley and surrounding regions. You will be responsible for sourcing potential properties, conducting thorough due diligence, negotiating purchase agreements, and managing the acquisition process from start to finish. This role requires a keen understanding of the real estate market, strong financial acumen, and excellent negotiation skills. Operating in a hybrid capacity, you will combine remote market research and analysis with on-site property visits and client negotiations, playing a vital role in growing the company's real estate portfolio within the Northern Cape province.

Key Responsibilities
