Job summary

CareRight is recruiting caring and dependable people to provide high-quality, person-centred home care in Tavistock and surrounding areas. Roles involve supporting daily living, personal care, companionship, and promoting independence, with full training provided.

Earn up to £15.50 per hour, with paid travel time and mileage. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, and 28 days’ annual leave pro-rata. Company phone and car options may be available to eligible staff.

With our new 2026 pay rates, you can earn up to £15.50 per hour, plus paid travel time and mileage - including travel from your home to your first visit and back again after your last (over 10 miles). We’re looking for caring, dependable people to join our growing team in Tavistock and Yelverton, providing high-quality, person-centred support. We have opportunities available across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with additional benefits offered for these hours. Whether you’re experienced or new to care, you’ll receive full training and ongoing guidance to help you succeed.
