Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader for a 30-40 hour per week contract at St Leonards Queens Way Drive Thru. You will train and support new Baristas, energise your team and maintain high standards of service and coffee quality, while keeping shifts flexible. This permanent role offers growth and a dynamic working environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, an excellent communicator, and confident leading others with energy and calm under pressure. Previous team-leading experience is a plus.
