Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to drive and sustain smooth shifts, coach Baristas, and energise the team to deliver top-quality service. The role emphasises strong communication, reliability, and a proactive approach to store performance.

You will lead by example, maintain standards, and adapt to changing demands while supporting a positive customer experience across all shifts.
