Metropolitan Pub Company is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring the team has everything they need and that service runs smoothly.

You’ll lead by example, maintain high standards, keep customers happy, and deputise for management when needed. The role focuses on safe, legal, and welcoming bar operations, inspiring a positive team culture across our pubs.
