Randstad Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse/Logistics Associate for a Richmond Hill, ON role. This day-shift position offers a fully paid 40-hour workweek, with paid breaks, and a predictable schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, a Raymond Reach forklift license, and familiarity with ERP systems and BOL documentation within the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid, accredited Raymond Reach Forklift License.
• 1–2 years of proven warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience.
• Practical experience utilizing ERP inventory systems and generating Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare supply chain is a strong asset.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• Must clear criminal background check and be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada.

Responsabilités

• Order fulfillment: pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments to specifications.
• Logistics documentation: generate Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, waybills, and packing slips.
• ERP data entry: input and track inventory movements and order statuses.
• Operate Raymond Reach forklift safely for 5–10% of the shift.
• Inbound & outbound inspection: verify quality, labeling, and quantities.
• Warehouse floor tasks: sorting, wrapping, stacking, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments of healthcare and pharmaceutical products according to strict specifications.
• Logistics Documentation: Generate accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping manifests, waybills, and packing slips.
• ERP System Data Entry: Input, track, and manage inventory movements and order statuses within internal ERP software.
• Material Handling (Forklift): Safely operate a Raymond Reach forklift for approximately 5%–10% of the shift to relocate, retrieve, and stage palletized goods.
• Inbound & Outbound Inspection: Inspect shipments for quality, packaging integrity, quantity discrepancies, and correct labeling prior to staging.
• Warehouse Floor Operations: Perform manual tasks including sorting, wrapping skids, stacking cartons, and lifting up to 50 lbs as required.

Qualifications

• Certification: Must possess a valid, accredited Raymond Reach Forklift License.
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience.
• Technical Skills: Practical experience utilizing ERP inventory systems and generating Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Industry Asset: Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare supply chain environments is a strong asset.
• Physical Demands & Communication: Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken); ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clearances & Eligibility: Must successfully clear a criminal background check and be legally authorized to work full-time in Canada.
