Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in aviation/airline industry as Ramp Agent and/or Ramp Team Lead.
• Two (2) years of experience in employee management.
• Must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work teams for ramp services.
• Ensure compliance with Air Transat's airport policies and procedures regarding baggage handling for arrivals/departures.
• Conduct station inspections and identify corrective actions, ensuring implementation.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to operational teams.
• Manage station delays, emergency events and irregular operations.
• Collaborate with airport authorities, government agencies.
• Prepare and manage ramp-related reports.
