Job summary

Air Canada is seeking Ramp Agents to join our on-site team in Montreal, QC. You will assist with aircraft loading/unloading, baggage handling and ramp operations to ensure safety and punctuality. No prior airline experience is required, as a comprehensive paid training program lasts nine to ten weeks.

You must be prepared to work rotating shifts across a 24-hour schedule, pass a medical and clearance checks, and maintain strong teamwork and safety standards throughout all tasks.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver's license and drive heavy equipment airside.
• Able to repeatedly lift loads of 32 kg (70 lbs).
• Pass a medical evaluation including drug and alcohol screening.
• Attend a paid nine to ten week full-time training program.
• Be available to work rotating shifts over a 24-hour period (weekends/holidays).
• Demonstrate safety focus and clear communication in a team environment.
• Show punctuality and reliability to support fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to ensure aircraft loading/unloading is safe and on time.
• Assist with baggage handling and connecting passenger luggage tasks.
• Work on the ramp performing duties necessary for successful operations.
