Job summary

Procor Limited is seeking skilled Railcar Repair candidates for its Onsite Team in Canada. The role involves cutting, fitting, and repairing railcars and components, with responsibilities including AAR repairs and quality control checks.

The position requires travel to other sites, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a focus on safety, compliance, and efficiency in a busy North American network.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to operate the needed tools.
• Must be able to read and understand written work orders and material safety data sheets.
• Must be able to work in all and weather conditions.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Cut, fit, and repair railcars, their components, and other items as necessary to facilitate railcar repair.
• Perform all necessary AAR repairs to railcars including cutting, straightening, and car repair.
• Perform and document quality control checks as required by Company quality standards.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance checks on used equipment.
• Comply with company and regulatory safety and environmental standards.
