Job summary

ACCIONA Energía is recruiting a Civil/Systems Interface Specialist to coordinate interfaces between rail systems, civil infrastructure, and utilities for the ECWE project in Toronto. You will oversee design interfaces, facilitate cross-disciplinary coordination, and ensure requirements are met from design through commissioning.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and strong knowledge of systems engineering, interface management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering and interface management.
• Experience with requirements and configuration management.
• Familiarity with railway systems and civil infrastructure integration.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and review interface deliverables across rail systems and civil works.
• Lead interface meetings with multidisciplinary stakeholders and ensure alignment with schedules.
• Manage interface review process, tracking comments and approvals.
• Prepare interface status reports and communicate risks and decisions to leadership.
• Maintain interface registers and action-tracking logs.
