Solina Canada is seeking an experienced R&D Supervisor to lead its Toronto-based research and development efforts. You will manage a team of Food Scientists, drive product innovation from concept through commercialization, and align projects with regulatory and customer requirements.

In this role you will collaborate with Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Production and Supply Chain to optimize processes, ensure HACCP compliance, and deliver value-added food solutions for North

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant science field.
• Strong project management and leadership experience.
• Experience leading product development from concept to commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Manage Toronto R&D projects from concept through commercialization.
• Lead and mentor a team of Food Scientists.
• Ensure timelines, budgets, quality, and profitability objectives are met.
