Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in food R&D, product development, sensory evaluation, labs, kitchens, or manufacturing environments.
• Post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree preferred, preferably in a science or science-adjacent discipline.
• Experience in kitchens, laboratories, manufacturing environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold Riverside’s Core Values.
• Lab Operations and Organization: maintain stock of ingredients and consumables, ensure lab cleanliness, improve efficiency.
• Stability Testing: implement shelf-life protocols and organize samples; conduct shelf-life tastings.
• Benchtop Sample Production: produce, package, and label samples; ship to customers.
• Administrative Support: create and manage POs, track invoices, support procurement.
• Other duties as assigned.
