A cleantech startup is seeking an R&D Lab Technician to support its innovative Battery Energy Storage Systems. In this hands-on role, you will be crucial in building and testing electronic components. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an electronics, R&D, or related technician.

  • Perform surface mount and through-hole soldering for PCB prototypes.
  • Design and build custom electrical wiring harnesses.
  • Maintain and organize the R&D electrical lab and inventory.
