Job summary

The role includes leading projects from concept to completion while optimizing cost and timelines. Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a leadership role, successfully leading engineering teams.
• 7+ years of experience in R&D, designing complex electrical systems.
• Preference for experience in BESS, renewable energy, or lithium-ion applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical design and development of BESS components and systems.
• Lead the electrical engineering team’s technical strategy.
• Manage project planning and resource allocation for timely delivery.
