Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in trade marketing, communications and/or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• Experience building marketing strategies tied to ROI.
• Strong retailer/partner relationship skills.
• Data-driven with ability to spot trends and make recommendations.
• Collaborative across multiple teams to plan and deliver projects.
• Strong understanding of the Quebec market and local communication style.

Aufgaben

• Build regional marketing plans with Sales and retail partners that support national campaigns.
• Manage the Quebec marketing budget and track ROI for activations.
• Develop co‑op marketing programs with Key Accounts, including in-store displays and content.
• Plan local activations like product sampling, demos and street marketing.
• Lead planning for regional trade shows and events and be on-site to set up booths.
• Share field insights to shape POS materials and regional planograms.
• Gather regional market data and trends to inform planning and product development.
• Support Sales in onboarding new retail partners.
• Translate campaigns for the French market.
