Job summary

QXO is seeking a Sales Leader in Montreal, Quebec to guide a team of 13 Outside Sales Representatives, driving sales, margin, and market share growth. You will lead field visits, performance reviews, and onboarding to build a high-performing team.

The role requires strategic planning, close collaboration with branches, and data-driven decision making using CRM and analytics tools. Travel throughout Québec and bilingual English/French skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience managing outside sales teams.
• Experience within building materials, construction, distribution, industrial products, or related industry preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams and driving profitable growth.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and talent development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales, margin, and market share objectives.
• Conduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, and performance reviews to support individual and team development.
• Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures aligned with company objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
