Job summary

CIMA+ is seeking a Manager, Quality Systems to lead the Quality function across a national professional services environment. The role focuses on the QMS, ISO 9001 compliance, and data-driven improvements.

You will oversee a team of Quality Specialists and collaborate with sector leaders to ensure effective quality governance, training, and performance measurement. Strong English and French communication are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in quality management systems, process governance, or operational quality.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and translating standards into processes and evidence.
• Minimum of 3 years' people management experience across functions.
• Experience with dashboards and analytics; Power BI, Dynamics 365 or QMS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, management, and continuous improvement of the QMS, including documentation, templates, and training.
• Develop a corporate framework for project quality planning and early intervention on high-risk projects.
• Provide quality support to sectors and regions with defined SLAs and escalation paths.
• Manage and develop a team of Quality Specialists and support Sector Quality Advisors.
• Support proposals, RFQs, and client forms related to quality requirements; maintain evidentiary content.
