CIMA+ is seeking a Manager, Quality Systems to lead the Quality Management System, guide a team of Quality Specialists, and ensure ISO 9001 alignment across the organization. This national role requires strong process governance, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration.

The incumbent will manage a Quality function, support certifications, and work with enterprise systems to improve quality outcomes. Bilingual English/French communication is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A professional designation or quality certification is considered an asset.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management systems, process governance, or operational quality.
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience with enterprise systems, data governance, dashboards, and analytics; MS Office proficiency; Power BI/Dynamics 365/QMS platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, management, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) with ISO 9001 alignment.
• Provide matrix support to Sector Quality Advisors and oversee Quality Specialists.
• Collaborate with management committees and report performance trends and risks.
• Support proposals, RFQs, and client forms related to quality requirements; maintain evidence and content.
• Ensure certification readiness and translate audit findings into sustainable improvements.
