The incumbent will be responsible for a team of Quality Specialists and will provide matrix support to corporate Quality resources assigned to business sectors. The Manager will collaborate closely with the other members of the management team.

This opportunity is intended for a pragmatic, systems‑oriented professional who can connect ISO 9001 requirements, operational needs, technology, data, and team leadership within a national professional services environment.

Job Responsibilities

Be accountable for the quality support model provided to business sectors and regions, including request intake, triage, prioritization, service levels, assignment, coaching, escalation, traceability, and value measurement.

Manage, develop, and oversee the expertise of a team of Quality Specialists while providing matrix support to Sector Quality Advisors.

Support service proposals, requests for qualifications (RFQs), prequalification questionnaires, and client forms related to quality requirements; maintain reusable content and supporting evidence, coordinate validations, and ensure that proposed commitments are accurate and achievable.

Represent the Quality function on operational committees, management committees, team meetings, and quarterly Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) committees; present performance results, trends, risks, initiative progress, and required decisions, and ensure appropriate follow‑up on action items.

Collaborate with the Senior Quality Manager responsible for compliance to support certification readiness and convert audit findings into sustainable improvements, while preserving the independence of audit activities.
