Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in construction quality management with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil/building construction methods and quality practices.
• Experience developing/implementing Project Quality Plans and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities for civil and building construction scopes.
• Review contracts, drawings and specs to identify quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain Project Quality Plan, ITPs and inspection checklists.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee inspection activities by QA staff.
• Conduct quality audits of subcontractors and processes; drive improvements.
