Reporting to the Regional Manager of Quality, Long-Term Care and Assisted Living, the Quality Resource Coordinator is a key member of the Department's Quality Resource Team. The role involves participating in operational and strategic planning, and providing coaching and mentoring to Long-Term Care staff on quality initiatives such as falls prevention, wound care, and dementia care.
The position requires regional mobility and may involve travel across the region or the entire Health Authority, using a personal vehicle as needed.
