Position: Quality Manager

GNR is actively seeking a QUALITY MANAGER for a reputable and stable manufacturing organization in the Toronto region.

We are looking for a leader who can play a hands-on role and lead a QUALITY team in a manufacturing environment specializing in high precision machining and metal fabrication. This role offers high visibility to the Corporate HQ in the US and the Executive Team.

• Interact with Engineering, Production, and Suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met or exceeded.
• Report directly to the GM and lead & mentor a team of 7 direct reports.
• Manage all quality initiatives for this division, including improving quality processes, audits, and best practices.
• Maintain QMS, training programs, conduct failure analysis, evaluate MRB processes, and reporting methodologies.
• Require a minimum of 5 years of quality experience in manufacturing, with experience in AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.
