You Are

The BA will analyze, improve, and ensure the efficiency and compliance of the organization's QMS, including standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

The Opportunity

• Collaborate with quality assurance, operations, compliance, and IT teams to gather and document functional and technical requirements for the QMS.
• Analyze current quality processes (e.g., CAPA, non-conformance, audits, change control) and recommend improvements.
• Support implementation or upgrades of electronic QMS software (e.g., TrackWise, Veeva, MasterControl).
• Ensure the QMS meets relevant regulatory and industry standards (FDA, ISO, etc.).
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure system requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Support or lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation activities, and documentation of system changes.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track quality KPIs and compliance metrics.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation for QMS users.

What You Need

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP).
• Experience with QMS platforms (e.g., ETQ, MasterControl, TrackWise).
• Proficiency in business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, Engineering, or IT.
• 3+ years of experience in quality organization within the life sciences industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Familiarity with system integrations and data migration.
• Experience with implementation of generative AI or machine learning solutions is highly desired.
• Familiarity with validation documentation (especially in regulated industries like pharma or medical devices).

Additional Information

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $106,000
